A stronger platform for growth
Integer Lending Limited has secured a £5 million block bridging facility from Aldermore. As the funding vehicle for Integer Investments’ property lending business, Integer Lending now has increased capacity to finance property acquisitions and eligible renovation works, supporting the next stage of our lending growth.
Since beginning UK lending in 2023, Integer has focused on the practical needs of property investors. Our lending activities include auction purchases, refurbishments, blocks of flats, property stabilisation and HMO conversions. This new funding relationship gives us additional capacity to serve investors and broker partners, with scope to broaden our offering over time.
