Integer secures £5 million funding line to support growth

We are pleased to announce that Integer Investments has secured a £5 million funding line from an institutional funder. This is an important step in our growth and will help us support more property investors and developers across England and Wales.

We provide short-term bridging finance for opportunities where timing matters, including auction purchases, property refurbishments and investment transactions. With this additional funding capacity, we are excited to grow the business while continuing to give each transaction the attention it deserves.

Our loans are available at up to 80% loan-to-value, with interest rates starting at 0.89% per month. Every application is assessed on its own merits, with particular attention to the property, the proposed works and the repayment plan.
